Poor preformance in game

I got like 15 - 20 fps in fullscreen ,unplayable for me.
My PC meets all system requirements.

-CPU- Intel Pentium G3260 3.30GHz , 2core , x64
-RAM- 8GB
-GPU- Intel HD graphics ( 1gb from ram )

Also, i tryed to disable steam overlay , and decrease resolution to 1280*720 and i got +5-6 fps.
What can i do to fix it?

Yeah this game is dead and ♥♥♥♥, the devs took off with the money.
