[Solution] Dosbox crash and mouse control/sensibility setup

To solve Dosbox crash do this:

1. Go to "Steam\steamapps\common\Shadow Warrior Original\gameroot"
2. Open file "dosbox_swarrior.conf" with a text editor (ex: notepad)

Change "output=overlay" to "output=ddraw" or "output=opengl"

To setup the mouse control/sensibility do this:

1. Choose the "Configure Shadow Warrior Classic" option wen launching the game
2. Go to "Controller Setup" > "Setup Adv. Control Options" > "Adv. Mouse Setup"
3. Change the "Mouse X Axis" to analog_turning
4. Change the "Mouse X Axis Scale" to 2.0 and the "Mouse Y Axis Scale" to 4.0.
5. Save and start the game.

Activate ingame mouse look with key "u"

tried both output options still crashes. real annoying.

Yes, old thread, but nothing works for me. Opengl, ddraw, surface - nothing works :(

Are you also a Mac user? Tbh, I got a new computer since this posting, also OS has updated three new versions. I, personally, cannot help you.

There isn't a option to configure the game any more. You can only launch the game or its prototypes. So I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥ then.
