It most certainly doesn't give you all the DLCs. Then again most of the DLC for said games is either cross-over items or console style "Make the game easy for me." purchasable power that could realistically be duplicated with a trainer / cheat engine.

Only notable DLC is a few across the titles that actually unlock bonus characters from other titles and the like.
