Issues Recording Alphadia Genesis

For whatever reason. When I try to record this game it drops frames horribly. Yet when I recorded gameplay from this game last year it was perfectly fine. Sure the FPS counter was messed up but the recording was fine. Now recording this game I get tons of dropped frames horrible enough to basically be 5 pictures in a video. I don't know what settings to try. I even tried recording the desktop and got the same result.
