Easily - try to block all his attacks and keep some distance - he begins to mock you - just jump to him and make an uppercut. Repeat till he dies. This was the only way I defeated him

It is very easy to just take some distance and not stay in one place for too long, when he stop blocking and start to mock you, begin to attack him and quickly take away again I beat him so

You'll need to move fast, but if you keep pressuring him with the bicycle kick (using EX kicks whenever you have enough meter to do so) he'll fall ridiculously quick.

I know you're trying history mode, but if you want to complete the arcade, choose Smoke. Just do the teleport when he is attacking you with an special attack or just a normal one.

Yeah Shao Kahn is easily exploitable, all you need to do is keep your distance, easily block his ranged moves and strike when he taunts.

The problem is that you instinctively try to block his hammer, which doesn't work. You can't hit him in the air, getting up close is suicide, and his charge attack prevents any way to hurt him with ranged attacks. Also, Liu Kang can't teleport.

Stand at opposite side of screen from shao kahn and spam low fireball as fast as you can. He will just stand on the other side of the screen taunting you or occasionally throwing a hammer above your head without moving. The ai is all messed up in this fight if you do this trick.

This doesn't work. He can catch up to you using his charge, making it impossible to get far enough away to do that.

I played it on normal. Beat it by blocking all of his attacks and using the T,T,T kombo whenever he throws his hammer, uses his jumping attack, or taunts.
