Local Co-op?

Do you mean local co-op in the sense that two people can play together on the same computer, or LAN (which some developers use the term for)??

You can have 1 person on the keyboard and 1 on a controller, or both players on a controller. You can't have both players on the keyboard. The game supports xbox controllers, other controllers will work as well but it will depend on which it is. In either case you can use the xbox emulator to get it to work.

so there is no online co-op like i can co-op with a friend against other 2? cause if thats not in this game then its a fail and doa is still the best or tekken vs street fighter they have that options its way better then only local co-op

You can do that, you and a friend on one PC playing tag team against 2 other people over the internet :)
