Slow motion lag fix.
I encountered this issue on start-up and was hopeing to find a fix on these forums, but i didn't find anything, Mortal Kombat is amazing and the slow motion lag kind of ruins it. As it's supposed to be fast paced.. So here this is what i did, and it worked perfectly, i dunno if there is a fix on these forums and i just wasn't looking hard enough but just encase there isn't here. This is the site i went to. http://www.techlivewire.com/2479/fix-mortal-kombat-komplete-edition-slow-speed.html

And these are the steps i followed from the website.

step 1 press windows key plus R at the same time
step 2 type this appdata no spaces
step 3 click on roaming
step 4 click on MKKE
step 5 click on dxdiag
step 6 change Dedicated Memory 32 to 1024 then save
step 7 go back and right click on dxdiag go to properties and check read only box press apply and then ok
step 8 go to the options (note this will also fix the speed to normal) and change max_texture from 512 to 4029 and save and right click properties check read only apply and that’s it.

Any comments on if this worked or not for you would be appreciated.. Or if you fixed the issue a different way i would love to hear that also. Thanks :)

Is that the original coalesced.ini file? Thank you either way :) That should help Alexxios issue if he still has it.

Yeah it really does, Sorry man
I know it's a dead thread but this is how i fixed it. I currently own a AMD R5 M330 with an i5 5200U 2.1ghz and 4gbs of RAM. I went in the radeon settings control panel, switchable graphics and set mkke.exe to high performance. Hope this helps you.
