The stargate

Has anyone discovered this tech yet? or is it not enabled yet

I would like to put these in all my systems for fast ship movement in my empire

In the current Alpha of Horizon you can only discover Stargates via archaelogical digs. If you find one (it's not always guaranteed though there is a high chance one exists on average galaxy setting) the orbital building becomes available.

Raf does this mean that later in the game development that either a specific race or all of them will be able to potentially reverse engineer and develop there own stargates with deep enough technology research?

PS: Sadly do not own the game but quickly leaning towards picking it up.

Yes, I don't want to spoil it but there will be another way to obtain Stargate technology, a more difficult way but it won't be random.

I haven't had a chance to sit down and put much time into this game, it looks great so far, but the more things I read about it, the more impressed I am. Discovering stargates on digs, very nice! Keep up the great work guys!
