Secret Achievements! =D POTENTIAL SPOILERS!

Actually, there is already a secret achievement where you need to let enemies "silence" Fidget multiple times, then when she get mad, she'll eat your face.
That's is how you get the King Achievement.

In the Steam version, you can unlock the crowbar if you talk to Elder Gray-eyes enough times, and then talk to Sanjin. The elder will quote G-man (from Half-Life) and Sanjin will quote Barney (also from Half-Life) and give you a crowbar.
The crowbar is purely a cosmetic change and offers no stat boosts.

That's hilarious. I'll try it! btw you guys have probably seen this one, but if you talk to the blacksmith's brother too man times, he'll get ticked off. that's a secret achievement. I think?

The Bad Therapist achievement, just noticed that came up after talking to Haley and Matti for a while... definitely trying the crowbar one though, seems like fun to beat things with the tool that's other then headcrabs, zombies, and combine galore.
