Never got my fireball projectile

Hey all,

I defeated fuse (although the first time I did it, I died at the same instant). However, I never obtained the fireball projectile type for fidget. I didn't even know it existed until I got to the Moonblood camp and there is a part where you have to burn some vines off a pump. I can't do this part of the quest, and so I'm stuck, by the looks. What should I do? I obviously don't want to backtrack through most of the game....

Hmmm... You died and used Revive Stone ? And then you don't get any dialog when Fidget says "I learned Fuse's move ... bla bla bla" ? And continue to play ?

So you have only 2 type of projectiles ? Default and Electric ?

You were supposed to jump into the floating skill ball not even 2 feet away from Dust's face

Edit: To help, just start on the eastern side of Abadis forest and go one screen to the left
