Where can i find list or article with all things, ideas and maybe even arts for this game which was cut due to time constraints?

It's just... i heard many, many times nor only on this forum but across the internet about some cuts. About Gaius and Cassius backstories and details about their friendship relationship, about Dust–Haley loving sidestory and etc. I want to find out what of it is true, what fiction and what else wasn't included

Thanks! Not too much about cutted content (although 31:08 and further was very interesting. Gaius sorta wasn't the bad guy, like Fuse and others?), but still entertaining and informative.
