Cloud Saves

The Dev should REALLY REALLY take advantage of steamworks integration, especially cloud saving. I should have checked before reinstalling the game, I know, but as is, this game will stay at 70% completed for me, I just don't care quite enough to play this game all over again from the beginning just to get that last 30%. Great game though!

AFAIK Cloud Sync is set up (check SteamDB for the configuration). Did you by chance start playing the game on a different platform? In any case, if you tell me what platform you use, I can tell you where to look for the save files.

I reinstalled my OS, so the files are gone. And there is no cloud saves 1. if there were it would still be there 2. even when I had the same os on 2 computers I couldn't move from one computer to another and still play my game, unless I used the steam streaming feature. Thanks though.

If you're using Windows and you have made a backup of your My Documents folder prior to reinstalling, it may be possible to restore your save files.

There is already cloud saving... look at the storepage.

Well the completionist percentile would be 117% from what I have found/seen around the net.

I don't care what the store page says. I reinstalled my OS on my computer and the only option upon launching the game is to start over. I've been able to pick up all of my other games where i left off. Ergo: no cloud saves.
