unzip to Base directory ,delete dosbox.exe and rename zandronum.exe to dosbox.exe.

I have kind of a weird problem.
It's like the game is limited to one proper start per Steam restart. If I play the game, quit and then want to play it again it just freezes after the loading bar is complete. It won't work until I restart the Steam. What's the reason of that, how can I prevent it?

i dont have that problem. after quit game try look
task manager -) processes. if game is closed properly

Problem has been sold, partially. I just have to start game few times, but I don't have to restart anything.
Thank's Lu2. Zandronum is so much superior to DOSBox if it comes to emulating Doom-like games.

i have a question since im very pc games illiterate and new to steam and all this. when i open up the base file i dont see dosbox.exe i only see dosbox-071.tar dosbox and dosbox.cof. do i need to delete all those or what?
