Flickering glitch

So I've ran into a glitch that happens no matter what; no matter what mode or skin I use, even the default ones, I always get this flickering effect on the car(or whatever you call it).

(There is no audio in the recording for some odd reason , I don't know what's causing that but other games are not affected. Though that's not an issue that I'm especially concerned about.)

Same here. It has rendered the game unplayable for me. Really wish this will get addressed.

Yeah, same here. It doesn't start the way, but after some playtime it just starts at random and won't stop until you exit the game, really annoying.
