Streaming services
Does Audiosurf 2 support streaming music services, like Google Music, Spotify, iTunes?
Like you login with those accounts (or via API), and get acces to all your library.

That is okay, but no there is no way to stream music through other services other than Soundcloud. You can use music from Itunes, but only music u already owns! ^-^

Yeah, thanks.
Just downloading music is so annoying now... Haven't been doing this for several years now, streaming almost everything (including movies). Kinda throwback in time.

When something happens with some or all of the cloud services you use, you'll wish you would have backed up your music, movies, games, etc. somewhere. :P

You pay monthly for full access, and if something's wrong, just move to another one.

can you stream any soundcloud sounds in this game? does it count as a soundcloud play for the soundcloud account?

I know it's unlikely there will be any other streaming services supported but with the imminent arrival of the recently announced Apple Music, I really think some kind of integration with other streaming services is a must for this game's future. It seems that streaming really is the way things are going so far as how people get their music immediately.

Hopefully one day AS2 (or possibly AS3) will be able to work something out with the big providers like Spotify, Apple, Tidal etc. I suppose in order for this to be a reality this game would need to be made available on consoles in order to reach the masses and gain enough of a following to make music subscription sites sit up and take notice.
