Sleeping Gas and Proximity Shocker
And if you have the Crossbow you use the sticky shocker as well as the sleeping gas upgrade if you have that. or if you don't have that, the stun gun can take them out as well, you gonna have to be careful not to be spotted.

I think you can use the Tri Rotor as well, haven't tried using it when the mercs storm the estate, but i think you can use that as well.

I hate using the drone. I'll try the X-bow, since I already have it. Can I get more ammo if I buy the sleeping gas for it? Ie, shock ammo and sleep ammo or will I just get a mix of both not exceeding the original amount?

You get more starting ammo by using better op suits.
I think the stealth ones are the ones that allows you to carry more gadgets and more ammo for your special weapon. (i could be wrong about that) check the stats of each suit you have unlocked and use the one that fits best in your needs.

The stealth playstyle pants carry more gadgets and mags. I'm gonna get it.
