this thing doesn't run...
it doesn't even give me an error or anything I just run it and nothing happens
I checked the game cache, reinstalled, and checked again still doesn't work
drivers are up to date too

specs:
Intel Core i7-4770K
GTX 780
8GB of ram
and plenty of space

I suggest you uninstall the game again. Then check to see if you have any of the following files/folder or reg keys. If so, delete them.
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Earth Defense Force Insect Armageddon
2. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Vicious Cycle Software.

Finally, install the game again.
