does a mod community for this game exist yet?
It occured to me today that a lot of games have some dedicated fans out there who attempt to fix bugs and such that the developers of games miss or leave in for various reasons. darksouls had the fix to its framerate lock the day after it came out, unofficial patches always get made pretty quick for elderscrolls games. does this game have any talented players who may have done something to fix this mess or mod the game?

yes, but a good number of player made patches are made in the absence of such tools.
