Who came up with the whole "rotate mouse to advance text" nonsense? This is propably the most useless controll scheme in history.

Indeed. And who came up with the idea that "right click" should exit to the main menu... and you have to replay the whole chapter from the beginning every time you accidentally press it without being able to skip things...

All of the controls are bad.

You can use arrow keys to advance the text as well and skip the fun idea of using clockwise mouse movement that way.

Right mouse click didn't lead me to main menu but to the event overview menu - from there I was perfectly able to continue where I left off by clicking 'continue event'.

To be honest, the right klick menue didn't speak to me either. It's sad. This game has a lot of good reviews and I'm sure it's great, but the controlls are an obstacle. They also only meantioned that strange clockwise motion in the tutorial - at least so far.

It is also possible to leftclick if you want to advance in a text. After severe rotating with my mouse (it is hard to do a circle the game regognizes) I just tested this and was glad that it worked.

You realize that if you "right click" again, you resume where you were, don't you? It doesn't take you to the main menu, just to a pause menu....

Nope, I don't have so much time to "guess" all the controls. Right click shouldn't get you to any menu in any game. And if your mouse is over a chapter in this menu you can't even see the "Continue Story" button. The escape button gets you to a menu in any other game (except FFXIII where it exits the game completely). If you hit escape after this you go to another menu. Should I guess that you need to Right click again to exit the previous menu? This proves my point that the controls are bad.
