[SOLVED] Black screen after Windows reinstall

After reinstalling Windows and subsequently reinstalling Steam and Anodyne, the game refuses to launch. Opening it through Steam causes Steam to recognize that I'm in-game, but all that appears is an Anodyne window with... nothing. Black screen, no sound.
And yes, I have installed Adobe Flash and Adobe Air and have restarted my computer since doing so. Other games on Steam work fine. Halp?

EDIT: I installed some of my other games on Steam, and DirectX installed with one of them. Now Anodyne works.
