36 cards. Now what?

Hey everybody,

So... I have collected 36 cards. All the doors I have visited have the little gem on the top. There are a few black doors that I cannot enter, so I went to open the big gate (the one that needs 36 cards to open) and the wizard (?) outside says that I'm not ready for the final test. After I defeat him he says something like, don't go there or you'll die like an idiot. :)

Anyway, am I missing something here? How do I open the rest of the doors before going for the final test?

Is there not a 37 Card and some more cards? Look in a guide.

Without spoiling anything, you have all the cards you can get right now. The final area should give you a pretty good clue as to how to get the rest...
