How to have a huge rebellion!

when you start your game, have political unrest to unstable.

have rebel yell on

and max poplation

when you can, activate conscription, oppress your people and only focus on profits.

through your immigration office, set the workmode to no emmigration, so your unhappy citizens cant leave your cities.

now, finally, we must show people why to rebel!

hold a speech at your palace, people will gather around.

order your troops to shoot civilians who arent supporting the same political party as you.(the kill orders can be found by clicking a civilian and navigating the menu.)

people will become rebels instantly.

now, start jaiiling people, and declare martial law


you eventually will end up with almost 40 rebels waiting to fight in your jungle.

People rebel in my game because I did nuclear testing, and a lot started dying from starvation. XD

I usually let my island grow, then i start shooting all the little guys, the capitalists or the intellectuals and all the other islanders get shocked and start rebelling for my tyranny.

or, if you dont want to be a mass murderer, you can always set your island population, and spawn how many rebels are the island through mkaing a challenge


i belive the maximum number of rebels you can spawn should be around 300
