When I open the game it redirects to Absolute Power

Hi !!

I just don't know if it's normal. I have 2 games for Tropico 3 in my library. The Steam Special Edition and the Absolute Power DLC. When I click to play the 2nd game, it opens fine, brings me to Absolute Power Menu. But when I click Steam Special Edition, it brings me to same menu. Is this normal? Should I worry?

Don't worry, that's normal. The DLC is not a separate game to be played after you've finished the first. Absolute Power adds more "stuff" to the game and so is simply incorporated into the base game.
