Project Cars Not Working

Has anyone else experienced this sim not working more then working? Seems like it for me for some reason, like now and the last 3-4 hours it will not work... It worked fine earlier today but not now...

It's due to the some steam connectivity issues that have been happening lately, whenever you experience something like that check our wmd forum to see if others are experiencing it and also the steam stats websites:

Thanks much, quite possible a steam issue with this sim only, cuz my other sims work fine... I did check at the WMD site but couldn't find anything on it.... Thanks again... PS: This has been happening quite often to say the least with this sim only...

Its due to the way our server system works, it requires a proper connection to steam. If for some reason their servers become overloaded or offline it starts causing this. You probably noticed it usually happens about the same time every day.

Just tried running it after the latest update and not having used it for several weeks and it doesn't start properly. A minimised window is created but clicking on it doesn't go anywhere. Only option is to right-click and close.

I've deleted local files/content and re-downloaded but still the same.

All other Steam content works fine e.g. Assetto Corsa

Sounds like Logitech Profiler might be running in the background.

Thanks Leviathan, it was the Logitech Profiler which was starting when selecting PCars to run. It's not an issue I've encountered before or heard about, so I'm glad I raised it here.

It`s not running since April 2nd. Last two builds are not working. Still not working for me with the last builds, today is April 11th. I posted the problem at the official forum but no solution yet.

hi. i´m having the same problem here. everything´s ok, but still not running. simply doesnt start.

Won't start again tonight... 7:41pm EST. Usually says "Aries not responding.."

Aries not responding seems more of an issue with the game than a connectivity issue.
Where did that message appeared at ? What point of the game?

The sim never started again tonight, it goes to a black screen and hangs there. I got that message when I hit Ctrl/Alt/Del keys and ended the sim from the task manager... It always an Aries problem... Third night in a row I'm not able to play this sim... This happens more times then not...
