"GOOD WILL part 2" UPDATE 1.06a is LIVE! More Fixes! (updated 6/24/14)

An update to the "Good Will" update is now live! If your library hasn't auto-updated and the version number in the upper right corner of the Title Screen doesn't say ver.1.06a then be sure to verify the integrity of your game cache (properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache)

Update 1.06a

• Fixed a controller problem
  
• Removed some of the ridiculous leaderboard entries from the board
  
• Fixed a bug in the menu where you could not change both player's controls
  
• Fixed a bug where the camera would flip in some levels

The EULA issue that some of you are getting seems to be a problem with syncing files to Steam. There is a workaround if. It seems the in game EULA issue has to do with Steam not downloading a dll and you just have to verify your files and it will work.

If you are faced with a black screen after being unable to click Accept for the EULA, please follow these steps:

• Right Click Rush Bros in your Steam Library
  
• Click Properties from the dropdown list
  
• Go to the Local Files tab
  
• Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache
  
• Restart Steam

Thanks for the update. I had moved this game over to my "No Longer Supported" steam catagory and didn't expect to see this happen.

Will it be possible to get the summer swim achievement now? (Perhaps every summer?) Many of us are achievement hunters--especially since Steam added the achievement tracking feature that can be added to any profile as a featured spot.

Sites such as astats.astats.nl illustrate even further how we go so far with achievements as to use any tools available to track them better and compare with others.

If a game has an exclusive achievement it is impossible to get it marked as a perfect game as 100% achievement status is not possible. Many of the winter sale 2011 achievement games (Toki Tori, Rush, Bit.Trip and so on...) had exclusive winter achievements, related to getting the crafting items, but once Steam added the achievement feature profile the developers of each game made it possible to get the achievement at any time.

Azurehorror, licensing for the Infected Mushroom songs had expired unfortunately. Luckily the game lets you use your own playlist so if you have have it then you can still play to it ;)

I'm having a big problem with the last update, my controller doesn't work properly, in the menu works fine but when I load a level my pad doesn't work. My pad isn't an official Xbox 360 pad but work like it.

Before the patch my pad works properly, I don't know what to do. If it helps, my pad is a Logitech Rumble Gamepad F510.

EDIT: I'm an idiot, the result are that I lost all my data so the pad option it was disabled and I didn't realize about it. But why the patch reset the game data? I've lost all my saves and configurations.

Yep, I lost my data too with the update. It is possible to recover my savegame or I've lost it forever??

I can't get the game to start after this update. When I try, it says"Failed to start game (unknown error)" in a Steam pop up and in Mac pop it says "Rush Bros can't be opened" Error: -10810. Can you guys please look into that, I really like this game ans want to try out the update.

Thanks, the update did fix the launch problem. However, it messed up the controller support, it used to work perfectly before the update. I am using a Dual Shock 4 (PS4) controller. In the menu the action beuttons don't respond anymore, before Square used to be A button and X used to be B button. Now it just keeps going left even when not pressing anything, and I cannot contomize them becuase the game thinks that I keep pressing left from the joystick.

Sorry to bother you again, but could you please look into it, or is there a way I could download the previous build?

On a side note, I'm also using a PS4 controller, but with no problems. What program are you using?

I'm using a program to emulate an xbox controller, most games instantly recognize it. I can't think of a game where I had any controller issues actually.
