It's not an expensive game. I guess that depends if you like challenging games, IMO.

I have binding of issac and ftl, of course I like challenging games

You should definetely get this one, then. It's similar to The Binding of Issac but with a crafting system.

I suggest find a copy of the 'vanilla' version first to get the controls down and see if you like the feel of the game. Though the 'vanilla' and DME has some very distinguishing factors that alters how some of the items and RNG loot is generated, DME is quite more difficult than the 'vanilla' in certain aspects. Like many others who got the game and start complaining about the difficulty curve on this community, be safe and find a copy or the demo and try it out before you get burn like the rest.
