Glad to see you found your way to our little game! Sadly we don't have enough manpower to be active on the Steamhub at all times. So if you post any issues or questions here, they might go unnoticed for a long long time.

Create an account and register your game CD key under "My Games" at the top you should receive a reply to any question or issue you may have within a reasonable time.

It's a lot of fun. Controls are simple enough, the gameplay is tight, and the crafting is pretty straightforward. Keep in mind, that's my impression from the alpha stages. Haven't had a chacne to play the game now, after numerous patches and updates.

Not at all. You can't expect them to monitor every forum on every site where the game is sold. It's just not feasible. They need to have a centralized place to address support issues and that's exactly what they have done. I understand that this is a Steamworks title and for that reason alone this forum should likely be 'looked at' more than others, but still, having users go direct to the source is likely the most sensible way to handle things.

Nobody is asking them to monitor every site. I agree with you that this forum should be viewed at a minimum, and other developers don't tend to ask this. But, if players want to go the extra mile, then that's fine.

We are monitoring this as well. But since we have a very small support staff we prefer to have a one to many communication to help as many as possibly at once.

We try to achieve this by having a problem presented together with a solution in one place. We have very limited control over the Steamhub and prefer to focus on one where we do have control.

Many problems usually have a solution presented on the paradoxplaza forums.
