Downloaded the Demo- game wont start

soo title above and also i have a picture..
It says something about steam cloud and what not..I have no idea what it means all my other games work fine except this one..

i litteraly ju7st downloaded the demo and its talking about an other pc..blabla
if there is a demo id like to try that first before buying the game...
Also i have a mac!

i did, didnt do anything
i diabled steam cloud, now i see the popup that says "Preparing to launch the game..." but nothing actually happens: no error, no popup, no warning, no game..nothing

Did you try verifying the game cache?

i have the same problem, on mac, downloaded the demo, press play from either the store or desktop shortcut and nothing happens at all?

also i tried to verify all files and they were ok
