Tons of audio skipping...

So, I've just started the game and I'm having tons of audio skipping. Every couple of seconds there's a jump.

Specs.

Intel 4690
AMD R9 290
8GB Hyper X Beast

Just curious if anyone else is having this issue and/or found a fix.

I'm having no voices/music in-game, only in cutscenes. Also, it seems subtitles "stuck" on screen

Mine was fine for 4/5 hours then suddenly started doing this. Exited to windows and restarted and it's doing it in windows too. Going to give it a rest now & try again later to see what happens :)

Yeah, I reinstalled. Seems to fixed the issue.

Just wanted to post what I did incase others are having this issue.

Same issue here,verfifying install hasnt helped. using my gaming headset or normal speakers hasnt helped. Cant play the game till this works. So frusrating, any fixes yet

I found a loose wire, so it's ok now, I must've kicked something :D

Yeah I experience this also, doesnt matter if I use the internal Realtek Codec or my Asus Xonar USB soundcard. Its a little unfortunate.

No loose wire here,audio on others things works fine. just this game. drivers are upto date aswell.

Turn off Vsync and it seems to be better

Yeah, noticed the skipping audio. Hope it's patched. I'm running 144hz w/ g-sync too.

980ti, i7 3770, Win10, newest nvidia drivers, Realtek drivers 6.0.1.7593, etc.

you can hear this just sitting on the main menu w/ music off. the ambient wind loop is skipping all over.

will this be patched soon? waiting to play the game w/o the audio skipping. it's audible even in the main menu w/ music off. the ambient wind/breeze stutters/skips occasionally.
