What you mean "game begins"? Your progression isnt save

sometimes game is over, because i died. first video load and i start new game

Try to be careful when you get in new room until you turn on all lights and use spear(or long weapons) to kill snakes :)

Are you playing in hard ++ ? If so the game don't save automatically. You have to save manually at the golden box. But even so, it should at least save the first time you reach the box
