Not getting achievments
I just completed the campaign and I see a bunch of achievements I should have gotten, can't activate halloween mode either because it doesn't think I've completed the game.

I'm having the same problem. I just bought the game off Steam about a week ago, and have 6 achievements left. Several of those achievements aren't registering on Steam. The tombstones, investigating, and run completion all say 0, though I should have completed them by now. It also didn't register the 4 bosses I beat in one run.

From what I can see people have been complaining about this since at least 2013 so very little chance the developers fixing it.

Can confirm have been having issues since I got this so long ago. My medkit and tombstone achievement has reseted so much it's ridiculous.
