I completed the heart transplant in about 30 tries, kidney transplant in about 20 tries and brain transplant in 2 or 3 tries, but i havent even gotten able to take his squidgy bit and both of his lungs out in the heart transplant in ambulance yet, its impossible...

He only gave me trouble with the kidneys, because unlike the other two levels the replacement kidnesy love to roll off onto the floor with so much as a single road bump. Thankfully I got A++ first try when I actually did beat it :)

I found that the kidney operation was actually easier than the heart transplant in the ambulance. The heart seemed more likely to escape than the kidneys did, and for whatever reason the tools stayed in place more during the kidney operation.

I have a A on every one except for Heart in Ambulance but A++ in Surgery mode but An A For brain one :P
