i was trying to clean my desk when i saw a strange thing on the back of the license you get when you beat all operations. it was like some kind of code. can someone help me?

It's our solar system: the first arrow points to earth, the other tells us that Saturn is important in telling us the first two numbers, the strange symbols in the lower right corner translates to "the time" in Korean. We're supposed to figure out that it's referring to the time for Saturn to circle the Sun, a value which rounds to 29 Earth years.
