you know, is there gonna be a surgeon simulator 2014? what would the new features be? would i have to buya new game or is it just an update?

Why should it be an update!? Ofc it will be "a new game" so ofc you have to pay for it..!

There was no Surgeon Simulator 2012 made by Bossa. They made the original back in January 2013 for a 48 hour GameJam, and it became so popular that they built a whole game around the concept. Besides, Surgeon SImulator was more intended to be a parody of all the bad sims on Steam. Now with things like Goat Simulator and Bear Simulator, there are plenty of games that are doing what Bossa did last year. And the game has about 16 surgeries (3 normal, 3 ambulance, 3 space, Meet the Medic, and 6 alien surgeries), which is about 4 hours of gameplay, which is quite a lot for such a basic concept in Unity, and is replayable enough to prolong that to around 9-12 hours of gameplay.

i know, but i thought maybe they could add the teeth (which wouldbe REALLY hard) and eye thing onto the computer

the reason it's called surgeon simulator 2013 it's becurse the game came out well the demo came out in 2013
