ok soo me and my friend jack were talking on steam what he said was it would be cool if there were 2 hands 1 you and 1 your friend Like coop mode (Friends only no public games) soo yeah :)

I was thinking of a co-op mode where instead of being infront of the table, one player would be at each side.

I think the idea's awesome, they could have a new operation, with a landscape patient or two patients, so there werent two hands going at it in the same place. But who knows? That might make it even more fun :D

If i read it right multiplayer is in the I pad ver.(see who can finish the surgery first) so you never know :)
