Achievements
Why are they so dam rare in this game? My rarest achievement showcase on my profile had a ton of achievements from different games and now it's all filled with Surgeon Simulator one's. They're really not that hard to get are they?

Its probably since people get the game cause a youtuber has played it, then they never play it because if the controls... Which results in achievements being rare
