Is There Anything More To Teach?

Hello Fellow Surgeons. I thought i'd come here to ask a quick question about the achievements here. I've gotten near enough every one for this game except for two. "There is Nothing More To Teach (Earn every achievement)" and "Best Surgeon in the Universe (Complete all 6 secret transplants)". My question is :-
Do I have to complete Best Surgeon in the Universe for There is Nothing More To Teach to pop? I'm asking because There is Nothing More To Teach was introduced in an earlier patch and the requirements for that would not have included later achievements like "Best Surgeon In The Universe."
If it does then ho well, more difficult for me.
If it should have unlocked by now, theeeen i dunno...what could be missing here..?

After a while i managed to complete my last secret transplant and both achievements popped for me. So just incase anyone else was wondering, yes, you do need to get all the other achievements, regardless if they are newer or not. THE MORE YOU KNOW

My best Best Surgeon in the Universe is glitched, Did yours pop after completeing all secret transplants or did you also have issues?

Yeah, as soon as i completed all 6 it came up along with TINMTT. Each new one i completed caused the achievement counter to come up on the bottom right e.g. Best Surgeon In The Universe 2/6. Not only that, i noticed that i never had to repeat a procedure i had completed. Either i was damn lucky or that's a game feature.
