Need Help!

I will never beat Meet the Medic or the Space surgery's, since my laptop overheats and shutsdown right as soon as I finish. So anyone have anyways to help me reduce stuttering?

Note: I already have the graphics on the lowest setting and the lowest resolution. I can play the Ambulance levels and all the other levels with no problems at all.
