Some Surgeries Frame Rate Drop To 3 Fps. Is There Anyway To Fix It? Also, Yes, The Game Is In The Lowest Quality. (The Surgeries That Lag, Brain Normal, Brain Ambulance, Eye Normal, Eye Ambulance And Rarely Eye Corrider.) A&E Edition Version 2.1?

Yeah, Im having the same problem too. A weird thing that I noticed though is with the brain transplant, once you get the brain out the lag stops. It's weird.
