Cannot continue with campaign

I've completed all the surgerys from the start, to the ambulance missions, and the space missions wont unlock. I've completed all surgerys on Regular, Corridor, And Ambulance. Anyone else having this problem, or have a fix?

you should have a black floppy disc in the reception area with "?????" on the label just stick it in the comp and you should unlock space
