Tooth Transplant Problem

Okay, look, I know this is probably in order to challenge people more, but this guys mouth just does not stay open on most levels. It's simply impossible to knock out the teeth carefully without causing blood loss when you're hitting his lips all the time. Is there a way to permenantly keep his mouth open at all?

It seems to me that the less pain he's going through, even though he's sedated... the less he'll move. If I'm not speedrunning for the 2min time I grab the dentist tooth scrapper thing and just gently peck at his rotten teeth till they fall out. It also seems that if you have a bunch of teeth down his throat his head sometimes spazzes out, due to the teeth bouncing around I'm sure... so my suggestion is less "knocking" and more precise poking with the smaller tools
