Lights not working after short time

[Erratic]

In some places in my game I'm getting a real problem keeping indoor lighting working, I can place light and they work for maybe a minute at most and then they suddenly stop working.

I can see the light on the map, theres plenty of power and even running a main cable to the light makes no difference, the light appears dead, only way to fix is place another light ontop of it but that too will only last a short time.

Other places only a short distance from the 'problem' lights work fine and never go out.

Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding/overlooking something?
