We’re pretty serious about getting your feedback on the Prison Architect Alpha. If you’re not interested in this then just download and play, but if you have thoughts about how to improve the game we’d love to hear from you. The first thing to do is follow @IVSoftware so you can keep up to date with announcements about what we’re focussing on.

We have a plethora of community activities running over on the introversion site including:
- A private discussion forum for alpha customers
- A private wiki that includes our community localisation
- A private bug database to log issues so we can triage and fix.

When you buy Prison Architect on Steam you will be issued a key that looks like this:
PSTEAM-UWBBVJ-ELKUZX-JRCRDK-DBO

Armed with this, follow the instructions here: http://support.introversion.co.uk/customer/portal/articles/871540-how-to-activate-your-account to activate your account.

Any issues, just mail [e-mail] and we’ll fix you up.

Sweet i already have this game and on your website it says you will give out steam keys aswell when you get on so any chance i can get a steam key please :)

Go find one of the first emails after purchase, click the link and scroll down, you will see an entry saying Steam key.

Thanks for your work, the new alpha was a big surprise just one day before my birthday :)
Will be a lot of fun to see how the changes changed the gameplay.

Just stoppeed by to say I liked the video. (especially the parts where you clarified that alpha meant bugs. A few too many seem to miss that part if it isn't explicitly stated :p)

Yes. It's on your personal page from digitaldeliveryapp which you got after your purchase. Note: There are two keys - the one which let you register on introversion and another one which is for the Steam registration (some people tried the first one in Steam)

I bought it on steam today. Where can I find this key? I have no key in mail and there is no key in steam (neither on game start nor in the right side menu in the game library)

(edit: it showed up in the right hand menu two days later)

I like to see more maps in this game like a tiny 1 a normal 1 and a freaking huge 1 where you can hold 1000s of prisoners and make everything really really big. Pls add this :D
