Since the update
Has anyone experienced a bug where the prisoners stay in their cells handcuffed and NEVER leave? one of the prisoners serving a 1 year sentence has been there for 7 years. they dont eat or shower or go to yard. i deleted all doors to see and they still wont go anywhere.

ill note that the regime has scheduled activities but they still dont go.

Does the prisoner have a solitary confinement sentence that they can't serve because of a lack of solitary cells?

It has just started happening to me. Everything was fine the otherday and my prison was working fine.

plenty of solitary cells available. everyone is just standing in handcuffs

All my prisoners are in their cells and wont leave no matter what i do, so they get pisst because they cant eat etc and then tries to kill my guards!!! i dont understand, the jaildoor is open and it says Eat on the scheme but they stay in their cells and keeps getting pisst. Help?
