I order all my prisoners to cells, then they go to the holding cell and won't eat or do activites.

did they ever go to cells? are your cells zoned correctly and are the permissions correct (high/med/low sec)?

Make sure you've checked the "Deployment" screen. I was having that issue unitl I realized I had designated my cells for Maximum security ( I thought it meant more guards for the AI area) but it looks like it means "store Maximum security prisoners here" instead. Once I designated the right cells for the right level (Normal) then the guards will escort them from Holding to the Cells.

DOH! I did the same thing probably with my deployment. So "Min Sec Only, Med, and Max" are only for the prisoners to be designated to areas?

do you have evrthing in the cell like the bed toilets walls and doors and made sure all the water pumps working in the toilets check this may be yur prblem
