Well, I am nub still. 10? No not quite. I would rate it a solid 7 right now, with potential to go higher. A few things are not quite right in my eyes. At the end of the day though, it is a solid builder/sim type game. No doubt about that.

Its a pretty good game even know its in development I have quiet a few hours on the game I love the building in the game and it rather cool that you get to make prison.

Aye, I cannot stop planning. :) Every time I do a layout, I find a better option and restart. That is the sign of a great builder for me.

In its current state I would give it a 7. Once the pathfinding and bugs are cleaned up and more features added an 8 or 9! Very good game.

agreed I only give it a ten because Its fun to watch all the bugs in the game and also build a great prison.

Played 291 hours since Alpha12 and I would give it a 7 in its current state.

The more that gets added, the higher I'll be willing to give it. It's a really good game, but it can get boring after you've finished building.

I would agree with a 7 or 8 with the potential to be a 10 with all the stuff they have planned and some AI smoothed out. I feel it was well worth the money for how it currently it and can only get better.

There'll always be people you have to contend with that only ever rate things as 10, or 0.

As far as gameplay goes I would give it around an 8. It's a very interesting concept and the challenges that come up are pretty realistic to what it's like in a real prison.

However in terms of development, I'd say around a 5. The devs are working towards constantly adding new content when existing content doesn't even work properly for the majority of players. If they would turn their focus on fixing crashing issues that people are encountering I'd say it's a great game. But if someone is debating on buying it they can expect a 50/50 shot of it either crashing on start-up or for some other unknown reason.

Congrats, you just defined what Alpha is in the game development process. Now, can you guess what stage PA is at?
