Any chance of building 2 levels for prisons?
As title asks, is there mods, or the devs adding say 3 floors to the game for more space building?

That being said, I never saw a single post by a dev that said it wouldn't happen.

Might happen in the future, but it would be with an engine update no doubt if it does. But as far as we know, it will not happen until further notice.

If you use Clone on the empty spots of grass, you can clone grass to other side of road to make the prison bigger if thats what you mean?

He's talking multi-story prisons. Prisons with more than one floor.

Yeah, then we can use a small map and build a prison the size of the Dubai Towers.

Isn't going to happen. Would overly complicate things. Feel free to hope for it on the basis that they haven't specifically said it won't happen, but I think you'll be disappointed!

they have stated it in interveiws before, way back ages ago. not happening.

I don't think it's a cool idea. Overly complicates things.

Has any top-down sim/management game ever done multi-level to good effect before?
