Construction *Bug Report

Apparently, during the beginning of my prison, i created a massive building and seperated them all with walls.

But one room, i tried to add a double jailcell, and the contruction works never added it.
Time: Day 1-9

Its been sitting there in my prison with no access and noone seems to be trying to move it...
