Building Indoor Area [Bug?]
I have been playing Prison Architect since its early alpha builds, so I am fairly use to building foundations, adding a door, then assigning the room and filling the requirements. For some reason when I loaded up my save today, and it wont let me build "indoor" buildings.

So I did some troubleshooting. I first started a new game and attempted to build something with the same room type. Worked flawlessly.

So okay, we can assume the whole game isn't bugged, maybe just my save. So I load it back up, and attempt to build a room type that has been previously built on my save. Unfortunately this did not work either.

So my last idea was to build a foundation over the foundation that I already have built that isn't working. Added the door. Placed the room, and nothing. Still says not indoor.

So I am asking if anyone else had this problem, and if so how they resolved it or worked around it. Otherwise I'd like to know if you have any idea of what to try. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately I tried that too. Multiple times
you can't use a regular door in an unsecured area on a holding cell (I can't tell if you are correctly fenced in from the SS so I wanted to mention that), I don't know why it would be counting as outdoors though.. any mods?

The fact the room requirements is failing alone is very odd. Is your entire prison walled off? Try replacing the simple door with a jail door and see if that resolves ths issue (as mentioned by Lisa above) It sounds like the entire save is just broken.

Unforunately I tried this. Did not work out as I would have hoped.

I tried this now and it worked in safe mode. So I disabled the mods that I don't really need or want anymore and it worked as I need. Now its time to find out what went wrong with the mods and fix the issue if need be. Thank you, I have no clue why I didn't think of that!! You're a god haha
