HOW DO I GET XP IN PRISON ARCHITECT

Okay, so when I look at a paticular players profile and I see XP+300 with a little prison architect guard next to it. and then I see that they have these trading cards that have prison architect on them. So... HOW DO I GET THOSE????????? I HAVE OVER 150 HOURS PLAYED I built multiple successful prisons, with and without mods. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!!??!

HOW IN THE HELL DO I GET THESE "ACHIEVMENTS" OR what ever they are called.

I know that I can trade for the cards, but I want to earn them. Is that how it is done? or do I HAVE to trade for them or buy them?

and when it says XP+300 does that go towards your profile? or what? I have looked for threads explaining this, and Im either blind, or to dumb to find them.

any information would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly have NEVER played call of duty. EVER. I know it doesnt matter. BUT, I love prison architect and I want to have the little icon on my profile.

I am 29 years old, and simply hate those little f**ks that play call of duty all day and then think that the language that they use online is okay to say to people in public. When i was their age, if i were to speak like them I would have either gotten beat up by the people I was talking like that too, or my mother and father would have got the belt out.

So, Ya, I may be a little screwed up, but by no means am I a "call of duty punk".

id appreciate if you would refrain from talkin ish before you know what the story is. :) thanks
